Advanced Payment Solutions (WEP) completed the digitalization of document management by introducing the Saby Docs system. This was announced on June 18, 2025 by representatives of the Tensor company. The solution made it possible to replace dozens of paper checks with a single electronic package for 90,000 + customers. During the year, 1.2 million operations were processed through the platform.

Previously, customers of Advanced Payment Solutions (90,000 + companies with All-Terrain Vehicle cards) received dozens of checks every month - separately for fuel, washing and repair. This complicated document management and increased the burden on accounting.

Now the entire document flow has become digital: instead of many paper checks, customers receive one electronic document. At the same time, within the "Advanced Payment Solutions," the preparation process remained the same - documents are formed in the corporate system.

The data is automatically transferred to Saby Docs, where a collective invoice is created. The authorized employee signs it with a machine-readable power of attorney (MCD) and sends it to the client through the electronic document management system (EDM).

"We sought to simplify and speed up interaction between participants. At the end of the month, each customer receives instead of many checks from different legal entities one invoice with a full list of services. In addition to the EDO functionality, Saby implemented an automated verification of counterparties for TINs. Now PPR managers see the tax history, authorized capital, bankruptcy risk and the staffing of partners - critical when scaling up a business.

1.2 million documents per year - this is the current turnover of EDO Saby in Advanced Payment Solutions. The company plans to increase these indicators and expand the circle of participants in electronic document management.
