In Medwork the clinical record is presented in the form of the card of the patient, usual for physicians, consisting of a set of documents (forms). Documents may contain different data: text, images, tables, charts, etc.
It allows to store in electronic form any information about the patient and the course of treatment, including:
- results of inspections;
- descriptions of a functional status of the patient, diagnoses;
- data on transactions, procedures;
- data of laboratory analyses;
- accounts for treatment;
- the images received from medical devices, the scanner or the digital camera.
Filling of the card considerably accelerates due to use of the formalized schemes of treatment and which are filled up and the configured reference books.
The user-friendly interface with a possibility of grouping and sorting of documents allows the doctor to find necessary information in the card of the patient quickly.
Data from devices (ultrasonography, cardiograms, analyses, etc.) can be routed live using the special interface in the card of the patient.
The statement from the clinical record a one click of a key
Data from the card of the patient can be presented in randomly the set form using the powerful and configured mechanism of statements. Creation of statements is automatic and exempts users from long work on collection of information - several seconds, and you receive the ready statement in Microsoft Word document type.
Statistical reports on all activities
Medwork allows to receive any statistic reports for any term: on medical work, statistics of acceptances, incidence, various financial statements, etc. Creation of the new report does not require additional programming and is executed using the special master included in Medwork. The open format of data does possible access to a system of any known report generators.
Convenient planning of acceptance of patients
Users in an interactive mode can create various queues, lists of patients for the direction on other jobs. The simple and user-friendly interface of work with groups of patients gives the chance to plan the diagram of acceptances in any workplace, from a procedural office before planning and accounting of operational lists.
Setup and development of a system in the course of work with forces of specialists of medical institution
Medwork gives ample opportunities of setup and can work in any medical institution. Such concepts as departments, lists queues, user groups allow to describe flexibly structure of clinic and technology of passing of the patient for different stages of medical process. Editing and replenishment of library of input forms, statements and reports using the convenient and powerful editor and also change in structure of the database can be done in the course of work and does not require special qualification.
