2025: Automation of Analytics Collection
Automation of analytics collection and increased transparency of accounting for the company "iT Bastion" on the basis of "1C:CRM" by the forces of "Axioma-Soft" were carried out. Axioma-Soft announced this on June 20, 2025.
The company already used "1C: CRM," and the main business processes were automated. However, some processes lacked transparency and required automated collection and analysis of necessary information for the Partner and Marketing departments - first of all, analytics on requests and activities.
As part of the project, the reports for the Partner Department were finalized and the sales funnel was corrected. This allowed employees to obtain in real time accurate data on the number of applications created on their basis for transactions, the results of their closure and the sources of attraction. Time to generate reports for management has decreased significantly.
In parallel, the Marketing Department implemented and adapted the functionality "Marketing Event" with simplified loading of contacts (including source indication) and "Telemarketing" with automatic assignment of tasks to managers and their notification. Marketers received a tool for tracking the full cycle: from the number of contacts received at the event and their distribution to the number of processed contacts and the specific number of new transactions generated by the results of each event. This is critical to assessing the real payback of marketing activities.
Thus, the project systematized and automated critical analytics collection processes. Both divisions now quickly receive the exact data necessary to make management decisions. Automation eliminated routine manual operations, freeing up employee resources for more strategic tasks, and significantly increased the transparency and manageability of the company's key business processes.
