The international institute of the labor and social relations expands application of EDMS

In 2009 in MITSO works on automation of electronic document management using the Electronic DELO system constructed on the platform EDMS "DELO" of Electronic Office Systems company were begun. As a result of system implementation registration and accounting of movement of organizational and administrative documents, pronouncement of resolutions and control of execution of documents are adjusted. Work on preparation and approval of agreements and other document types is automated.

Originally the management of MITSO made the decision on purchase of 50 licenses of Electronic CASE and two licenses of the option "Scanning" for transfer to an electronic form of paper documents. In process of involvement in electronic document management of bigger number of employees the number of jobs of a system doubled, and the options "Scanning" increased up to 13. Now in a system there are more than 100 users from whom 40 are in the Vitebsk and Gomel branches of institute. The staff of branches had an opportunity to carry out approval of documents of the management of institute in the Electronic DELO system that significantly reduced costs of time for preparation of documents. In the long term the institute plans further expansion of use of an electronic document management system.
