For increase in efficiency of call center of Raiffeisenbank it was decided to implement an automated system which would allow to increase the volume of productive calls to clients of bank.
Solution
A choice was made for benefit of the solution of Altitude Software company – the Altitude uCI system. The Altitude uCI system implements the highly effective algorithm of outgoing call-down in the Predictive Dialing mode allowing to increase efficiency of dialing and employment of operators. Besides, a system is well integrated into the third-party applied systems.
As the system integrator the Beltel company is attracted.
Result
As a result of system implementation of "Altitude uCI" the quantity of productive calls in Raiffeisenbank increased. For example, the indicator "Sociability per hour" increased by 46%, and labor productivity of employees increased by 28%.
The solution "Altitude uCI" is also applied to needs of telemarketing and service of sale of products of bank (these services of a campaign of outgoing call-down work in the Preview Outbound mode).
