The SMR company started control automation implementation by finance

Newmantek started the project control automation by finance of SMR company based on "1C: Consolidation 8.2".

Permanent development and expansion of scales of activity of SMR resulted in need of implementation of the unified information system of management which could allow: to top management of the company to possess operational and reliable information about a status of business and as result, to make more effective management decisions; to financial service to prepare the reporting for shareholders and foreign partners in a short time, with a high accuracy and the minimum labor costs.

Project

The Newmantek company (New Dimension group) began project works of implementation of the automated control system for finance in SMR company, the producer of a molybdenic concentrate and ferro-molybdenum which is a part of the Russian diversified company En + Group. Within the project automation of budget planning, automation of process of preparation of the reporting under IFRS, consolidation of the reporting and also automation of treasury and the payment schedule is planned. As the platform for automation "1C: Consolidation 8.2" is selected.

Components

In general the project of automation of a management system for finance in SMR, on the 1C: Consolidation 8.2 platform includes the next stages:

• automation of budget planning;
• automation of consolidation of management and financial statements according to requirements of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and preparation of reports on IFRS;
• automation of treasury and payment schedule.
