Modernization of the central warehouse in Smolensk

SDAC and ASIASTAR brands completed the modernization of the central warehouse in Smolensk. In June 2025, state-of-the-art warehouse logistics and automated metering systems were certified. Veychai-Rus Tradeinvest announced this on June 23, 2025.

After modernization, the total area of ​ ​ the warehouse increased from 3500 square meters. m to 5000 square meters. m. On the territory there are multi-tier and mezzanine racks, narrow-passage stackers and other equipment. The warehouse is equipped with the latest safety requirements, the warehouse metal racks easily change configuration and are reliable, thanks to the rigid design and fixation to the floor. During the design, engineers laid down an increased margin of safety and stability. Braces strengthen the rigidity of the structure, and special retainers protect the beams from being knocked out by forks of the loader.

Management technologies have been integrated into the warehouse, including the WMS (Warehouse Management System), which allows you to automate all operations in the warehouse, from putaway to shipment of spare parts to dealers. Thanks to the WMS system, the probability of an error when sending an order to a dealer center is practically eliminated by automatically checking the completeness of the cargo.

As of June 2025, the warehouse 100% closes the need for spare parts for the provision of regular maintenance of cars both officially sold in the Russian Federation and imported in parallel imports. Moreover, now more than 90% of warranty repairs are also provided with spare parts from the availability of a warehouse.

An expansion of the warehouse and logistics departments by 5 times ensures uninterrupted deliveries even at peak loads.
