The company Open Technologies completed the works on design and deployment of a corporate data network, upgrade of IT infrastructure and system implementation of monitoring in Federal State Unitary Enterprise RChTs SFO (Federal State Unitary Enterprise at the Radio-frequency Center of Siberian Federal District).
At the Beginning
The task set for IT department - to book comprehensive audit of the available IT infrastructure, to implement a complex of works on its upgrade and unification and also to perform implementation of the modern technological solutions providing controllability and fault tolerance of IT services formed the basis for the project. After carrying out complex audit of KSPD and IT infrastructure of the organization the decision on need of upgrade and development of the existing IT systems was made.
Creation of the hi-tech, managed, failsafe infrastructure of network and IT services for ensuring profile activity of radio frequency center of the SFD and also the organization of effective internal interaction at all levels administrative became a main goal of the project hierarchies of the enterprise.
Implementation
During the project specialists of the Novosibirsk branch of the company Open technologies executed a range of works:
- Design of KSPD of radio frequency center of the SFD during which the main technologies used for construction of network are defined and approved is performed;
- the uniform scheme of IP addressing is developed for all network segments and the equipment and also typical circuits of nodes for three hierarchy levels of KSPD;
- Schemes of platforms are developed for start of IT services of the Central office and the standard platform for the level of branch;
- Commissioning for all KSPD levels is performed;
- The platform of IT services of the central office and two branches on the basis of the developed standard solution is brought into operation;
- Consulting services in deployment and migration on a uniform directory service and uniform service of corporate e-mail are provided;
- Delivery, start and system implementation of monitoring of KSPD and IT infrastructure are made;
- According to the recommendations of specialists the IS OF Novosibirsk, the Customer signs the agreement with the telecom operator (SLA) and the interaction providing end-to-end traffic handling of radio frequency center network of the SFD, considering type and criticality of data is implemented.
ABOUT SOFTWARE
During the project on creation of IT infrastructure and deployment of a corporate data network of the enterprise the following equipment and the software was used:
- The equipment Cisco Systems as the most suitable by criteria of complexity of a scope of solutions, functionality, technologies of ensuring quality of service and security was used for implementation of functionality of data transmission of KSPD: routers of the last
generations of ISR G2 of series 29xx, 19xx, 88x, Catalyst 3750, 2960 switches;
- The certified equipment and software of Code of Security company of Informzashita holding was used to ensuring functions of cryptoprotection of communication channels, firewalling and remote access: cryptogateways "Continent" IPC-100, IPC-25, software of "Continent-AP";
Equipment
For ensuring work of IT services the equipment HP Proliant and Netapp of FAS was selected;
- The basis of the virtualization platform was formed by products of VMware company;
- Monitoring of KSPD and IT infrastructure is implemented based on IPSwitch WhatsUpGold software;
- When implementing a transport part of network highly effective Cisco Systems technologies are involved: EIGRP, DMVPN, QoS.
Result
As a result of the implemented project of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Radio Frequency Centre of the SFD received in the order the highly effective data network and modern infrastructure allowing to unroll with ease the centralized, perfectly managed corporate services and to upgrade all subsystems in process of increase in loading and topology change with the minimum costs for their deployment.
All key components of subsystems are controlled by the monitoring system providing control not only the equipment, but also virtualization platforms of the central office and branches and providing To IT personnel operational information on their current status and loading.
Conclusion
Similar approach allowed the Customer to cut down significantly maintenance expenses of IT systems, having increased at the same time efficiency and availability.
