The 1C: Accounting and Trade company announced (BIT) automation of two new shops of a kidswear of the Nakhalyonok trademark in St. Petersburg.

As noted, with opening of two new shops before company management there was a number of tasks on which solution service quality and profitability of all enterprise depended. First, it was necessary to select the centralized method of management of two shops. Secondly, between these shops it was required to adjust exchange of goods so that operations on acceptance of goods did not take away a lot of time. Also it was important to simplify processes of receipt and further accounting of goods. As the partner capable to solve these problems, the 1C: Accounting and Trade company was selected.

According to BIT, 1C: Retail 8 was succeeded to solve all above-mentioned problems with the help of the specialized solution ". Clothing store and footwear" which in total with the 1C: Accounting 8 program allowed to reduce twice time spent by the customer for goods receipt and gave the chance to monitor its movement. Such information space allows to keep quickly accounting and tax accounting and also to exercise control of money, reported in BIT.

Besides, the implemented system allows to do certain forecasts for sales on the basis of detailed reports, to monitor a situation in a warehouse. Movement of goods in another began to come from one shop quicker, and the most important – many transactions can be performed at one office now, managing at the same time two shops, emphasized in BIT.

For gain of interaction of all staff of shops and also for increase in their labor productivity in Nakhalyonka necessary technical equipment is installed: laser Metrologic MS5145 Eclipse and Symbol LS 2208 Cobra hand scanners, the thermotransfer printer of printing of the Zebra GK420t labels, printers of documents for an UIIT of ASPD "Shtrikh-M" and ASPD FPrint-5200, a strongbox for fiscal registrars of DS-2055.

According to Elena Kalugina, the CEO of Nakhalyonok shop in St. Petersburg, with automation of key processes of shop service of buyers became notable more qualitatively and more quickly.
