The Moscow fund of support of a small entrepreneurship keeps account using the 1C:VDGB program: Accounting for NPO

Automation of accounting in the Moscow fund of support of a small entrepreneurship is executed by specialists of "1C:VDGB" using the specialized software solution for accounting of non-profit organizations — the 1C:VDGB programs: Accounting for NPO.

Choice of the 1C:VDGB program: Accounting for non-profit organization 8 for automation of accounting of MFPMP it was caused by the fact that she allows to perform all necessary economic operations, to keep material accounting, to perform trade operations and salary accruals.

As a result of the carried-out implementation, the management of fund received the effective management tool activity, with following features:

• accounting of economic operations on financing sources (in standard reports it is possible to obtain information on each of financing sources, or on all sources at once);
• according to features of accounting of the VAT the possibility of acceptance of the VAT to offset or inclusions in cost of the purchased objects is implemented;
• features of accounting of the fixed assets (FA) are implemented, accounting of OS and charge of wear is provided;
• planning with a different periodization (month, quarter, year), and a possibility of comparison of planned and actual receipts and expenses is provided;
• automatic filling of the regulated form No. 6 on the basis of the inventory data entered into the program;
• the mechanism of automatic conducting economic transactions at the expense of the distributed sources when wiring should share in proportion to structure of a source is implemented;
• one base allows transition to the STS and back, without additional installations of programs.

Besides, accounting and tax accounting are implemented in the 1C:VDGB program for accounting of NPO according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Thanks to high extent of automation, employees can enter documents of accounting of trade operations into the database, not being accountants.
