Before the introduction of Infinity, we used conventional telephony. It made it possible to simply receive calls and, accordingly, receive orders. We lacked functionality and not all the tasks that the management set for the call center, we could fulfill. Therefore, it was decided to implement CRM and took the Infinity system as a basis,
