Rosgeologia for 128 million rubles launched a platform for collecting and documenting geological data. RFRIT allocated a grant

Customers: Rosgeo

Moscow; Mining

Contractors: AGR Software

Project date: 2025/07

In early July 2025, it became known that Rosgeologia began operating a platform for collecting and documenting geological data. The total cost of work on the implementation of the system amounted to 128 million rubles, including a grant of 76 million rubles from the Russian Information Technology Development Fund (RFRIT).

We are talking about a particularly significant project "Refinement of the platform for collecting and documenting geological data." The initiative is aimed at increasing the productivity of field geologists, improving the quality and completeness of geological information, providing automated means of monitoring and control over the implementation of geological exploration projects and reducing the time for making management decisions.

Within the framework of the project, the software platform of AGR Software for automation of geological exploration was finalized - the AGR 4.0 system. In particular, the modules "Electronic Core Scan," "Analytical Quality Control (QA/QC)" and "Integration with External Information Systems (LIMS and Geomix)" have been improved. The refinement made it possible to increase the efficiency of the platform in terms of documenting all types of mine workings, management, as well as processing of accumulated geological data sets.

Integration of the AGR system into the overall digital model of mining enterprises is possible for better implementation of exploration and development projects. The implementation of the platform is expected to improve the efficiency of work performed by automating routine operations. At the same time, an end-to-end information flow of geological data is provided - from bottomhole to geological and mathematical modeling and the provision of online monitoring and geological exploration management tools.[1]
