2025: Completion of the First Phase on Sales Automation, Marketing and CX
Brokerage Go Invest has completed the first phase of a project to automate sales, marketing and CX based on the ELMA365 CRM + CX platform. The implementation was carried out by VAIVIS, an official partner of ELMA. The project allowed Go Invest to move from disparate Excel spreadsheets and manual customer support to a single digital system capable of scaling the business without additional IT burden. Elma announced this on July 3, 2025.
Prior to the start of the project, customer support processes, including KYC, analytics, marketing, and commission calculations, were performed manually. The goal of digital transformation was to build a flexible CRM infrastructure and reduce operational costs.
| We have complex scenarios for working with clients: dozens of points of interaction, commission calculations, personalized offers, notifications, legally significant actions. All this requires deep integration with internal systems and high process flexibility. We have already passed the stage of working with classic CRM systems not on low-code. Any revision turned into a quest and took weeks or even months: TA, approvals, contracts, waiting for the vendor. Such a decision often slows down growth and prevents you from responding quickly to business requests. |
