MTS Exolve has introduced a voice robot for United Transport Card LLC (ETK), a cashless fare payment operator in the Chuvash Republic. MTS Exolve announced this on July 3, 2025.

The robot from MTS Exolve provides automated support for passengers, as well as answers the most frequently asked questions. This improves the quality of service and reduces the load on the call center, making interaction with users more prompt and flexible.

Previously, due to high line load, managers could not reach the entire volume of requests from customers, resulting in long queues. The implementation of the solution made it possible to increase the efficiency of processing incoming calls by 35% and increase loyalty and confidence in the company.
