Whim (1C-Rarus: Shopping complex Food Products, red 8)

The company of Rosinformtekhnologiya - the partner of 1C-Rarus company in Surgut - automated Kapriz grocery store on the basis of the software product "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8".

"Whim" - the Surgut grocery store of a format of self-service. The range contains about 5000 positions of goods.

The company of Rosinformtekhnologiya - the partner of data center "1C-Rarus" in Surgut became the partner in automation. For creation of the automated control system for shop the management selected the standard solution – "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8".

According to requirements of the Customer the information system had to:

• ensure smooth operation of shop;
• have the flexible system of the settings allowing to adapt the standard software product for requirements of the Customer;
• allow to communicate quickly with suppliers;
• reduce time and labor costs at service of buyers.

As a result of implementation "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8" were automated such business processes as:

• merchandising accounting;
• cash accounting;
• sales management;
• supply management;
• management of settlement;
• accounting of other economic transactions;
• management of a retail store equipment.

Based on the application solution conducting quantitative and amount-based accounting is automated. Specialists of Rosinformtekhnologiya made converting of the database of shop from the previous accounting system. Transition to the new software product was performed without closing of outlet.
