SOLID tender markets: Automated system of crediting

In 2010 FD "SOLID" for the purpose of providing a financial range of services on participation of the companies clients in the state, municipal and private tenders on delivery of goods and services within an automated system of biddings of Sberbank-AST Ltd founded child structure – SOLID tender markets LLC.

The Sberbank-AST electronic marketplace was developed on the basis of technologies of NORBIT company. The command of NORBIT was also attracted to project implementation in "SOLID the tender markets". At the moment "SOLID the tender markets" can use services all companies clients which are registered in a system Sberbank-AST.

According to the current legislation for participation in biddings within accomplishment of the state order, the company contractor is obliged to deposit to account the state customer cash cover at the rate to 5% of the maximum cost of lot. If the company does not locate the sufficient volume of own means or does not wish to withdraw them from circulation, the necessary amount can be attracted as a tender loan, having used a system SOLID-ASK (http://solid-ask.ru).

Process of crediting in Russia is very difficult procedure, but for receiving the credit in a system SOLID-ASK the client should take only two steps: be registered by a system SOLID-ASK and open settlement (the tender account) in "Solid Bank".

Opening of the account is possible only after check of the client by security service specialists of bank and specialists of financial service. When opening the account on the basis of balances of the company and other documents for the client the maximum amount which the bank can provide as a tender loan is determined.

After opening of the account the client can make out loan applications. In a system strict control of the provided means is exercised. So, for example, the client, without having paid off a debt, cannot take a new loan.

Among advantages SOLID-ASK it is worth selecting such options as the system of notifications, the system of hints, the system of notifications, a possibility of drawing up reports on the issued credits and so forth.

According to a command of NORBIT, for "SOLID the tender markets" it was hard to work on the project on creation of an electronic system, but it is very interesting.
