2025: Allocation of 21.5 billion rubles for development
Within five years, Norilsk Nickel will invest ₽21,5 in the development of the seaport in Dudinka in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was announced in July 2025 by the press service of the governor. The port of Dudinka - the only one in the world operating in year-round navigation mode in the Far North - serves the cargo traffic of Norilsk Nickel, northern delivery and international transportation, receiving up to 4 million tons of cargo per year. According to Vice President Nikolai Utkin, by 2030 the port will increase its turnover to 5 million tons per year due to capacity expansion.[1]
