Auto pilot (BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8)

In a project deliverable the company had an opportunity to keep the regulated and specialized account. The driving school Auto pilot is engaged in preparation and advanced training of drivers of category "A" and "B" more than 10 years.

In existence of the organization there are own autodrome and big vehicle fleet completed with both domestic, and import cars, and also modern equipment for car service.

For increase in efficiency of the enterprise the management made the decision to carry out business process automation. It was required to keep regulated accounting, planning, control and accounting of works of contractors in a common information space.

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company carried out (BIT) installation of the software products "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Driving school 3.0" and own industry solution based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform - "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8".

As a result of implementation the driving school Auto pilot received a single system for accounting and calculations of the organization. Product "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8" helped to solve the most important problems of car service, such as accounting of spare parts and the fulfilled hours. There was an opportunity to integrate activity of accounting, a warehouse and account managers in a single system that significantly simplified accomplishment of accounting tasks. Automatic formation of documents (The statement for registration of group in traffic police, the Protocol of examination committee, Examination sheets, etc.) allowed to accelerate office-work processes by 5 times.

The driving school Auto pilot continues cooperation with 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) within the Information and Technology Maintenance (ITM).
