The Galaktika corporation proposes the complete solution "Galaktika Management of Manufacturing Enterprise" which main objective is increase in effective management of production. The solution is combined with modern concepts of production organization "Precisely in Time", "Lean Production".
Distinctive feature of the Solution - support of the main business processes of manufacturing enterprise: production management, finance, logistics, personnel. The structure of the solution can be expanded special components for management of TORO, NIOKR, final assembly of difficult products, managements of production preparation, etc.
Complex approach provides a possibility of solving of tasks of integration with the systems of a class PDM CAD[[]],/ WMS MES, formations of the production and analytical reporting for top managers of the enterprise.
Important advantage of the solution is its modular creation that allows to automate the solution of first-priority relevant tasks of management with a possibility of further accumulation of functionality. Such campaign provides cutting of costs for acquisition of licenses and reduction of time of return of investments made in automation.
The solution provides:
- reduction of term of turnover of current assets for 10-12%;
- decrease in level of illiquid stocks in a warehouse for 10-20%;
- cutting of costs for materials for 5% and more;
- decrease in the inventory level of an unused WIP to 50%;

In the fall of 2011 functionality of the complete solution "Galaktika Production Management" was expanded. A main objective of the solution is increase in effective management of production and support of the main business processes of manufacturing enterprise. The solution is combined with modern concepts of production organization "Precisely in Time", "Lean Production"
In the modifed version new operation modes and tuning properties of system algorithms of calculation are implemented, the possibility of use is provided in algorithms JavaScript as constants of the statuses of delivery notes of the module "Management of Production Logistics" and also goods receipt notes of the module "Management of Supply" and delivery notes on a holiday of the module "Sales management".
The ergonomics of the Check of Correctness of Data function of the module "Specifications of Products" are improved.
Updates concerned such solution modules as: "Controlling", Inventory control, Production planning, Management of transport, etc.

When calculating estimates with data source "the production balance" is provided calculation of the entering balance by cost items.
Function of the local menu "Control of Compliance of Settings on Cuts the Analyst of GA" is entered into a window of setup of unloading of postings in estimates. In operation of calculation on a special algorithm accounting of zero and nonzero total balance is possible.
The functionality on work with analytical reports is finished. So, in the report of "A deviation on factors" the possibility of consolidation of planned and actual targets on a resource in one line with abolition of batches appeared.
Some parameters when forming the actual production balance on accounting entries are changed. Additional parameters on consolidation of resources into a report settings window "Interpretation of cost value of an object" are entered.
Management of transport
The functionality on formation of documents of logistics on the basis of data of UT is implemented (the act on regrading according to the limit and filling sheet, the act of excesses for the written-off buses, the delivery note on internal transfer of fuel and lubricants according to waybills, the act on rendering services in UPL by orders). Target accounting for orders of transport with further use when forming documents of logistics is added (formation of documents on fuel and lubricants by objects of TsU).
Calculation of a tax on the power of engines according to Chapter 28 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation is implemented. The tax is regional, is at the moment implemented for 2 regions – Moscow and the Samara region. Unloading of initial data for charge of a tax (power, utilization coefficient, life and so forth) in Excel report where calculation, specific to the specific region, can be made by means of vba by forces of the Party of Russian Taxpayers or the customer is also implemented.
