2025: Building a Platform to Manage the Full Cycle of Leasing Deals
Korus Consulting Group, together with Element Leasing specialists, has developed a new generation digital platform based on ELMA365 to manage the full cycle of leasing transactions for large businesses. The platform with a single digital interface is intended for suppliers of equipment, lessees and leasing companies. Corus Consulting announced this on July 15, 2025.
Element Leasing is a Russian company founded in 2004, specializing in the provision of commercial equipment for leasing.
In the face of growing competition, Element Leasing has developed a strategy to scale the business using a digital brokerage platform. Long-term partnerships with equipment suppliers provided a stable flow of applications, but a significant part of the leads did not correspond to the company's risk profile and could not be processed according to the traditional model. Some of the applications that came through partners did not meet standard requirements, for example, due to the financial performance of the client or non-standard terms of the transaction. Therefore, such requests could not be processed within the framework of the usual leasing transaction scheme. To increase the efficiency of interaction with partners and monetize non-targeted applications, it was decided to create a digital ecosystem of the generation.
At the time of the launch of the project, there were no ready-made IT solutions on the market that could automate all stages of leasing transactions in the B2B segment. For help in the technical implementation of the Element Leasing platform, she turned to KORUS Consulting Group of Companies, her partner in digital transformation, with which the company has already implemented several projects. This collaborative experience allowed you to quickly organize design processes and focus on creating a scalable digital solution. The Russian low-code platform ELMA365 was chosen as the technological basis.
Unlike solutions for B2C lending, the Element Leasing digital platform is adapted to the specifics of the B2B segment, where when forming a proposal, it is necessary to take into account the legal structure of the company, financial statements, characteristics of the purchased equipment, delivery conditions, transaction region and individual risk models of leasing companies.
The platform is intended for suppliers of equipment, lessees and leasing companies. For customers, personal accounts are provided in which you can manage transactions, track their status, exchange documents and receive current offers. Also, a specialized portal has been implemented for suppliers, in which they can manage the flow of applications, store information about customers and track the entire interaction cycle for each transaction. Leasing companies are connected through API - the platform automatically sends them relevant applications that correspond to their risk models and financing conditions.
In addition, an application qualification center is built into the platform: it structures and supplements data before sending participants to IT systems. The solution integrates with external systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) and provides end-to-end control at all stages of the transaction.
As a result of the test operation, Element Leasing reduced the processing time for applications, and the cost of attracting one client decreased by 20% due to the automatic qualification of leads.
