Profitproject has completed the process of automating interaction with customers of the GeoLightTravel visa center. The solution built on the TURBO platform made it possible to optimize document flow, speed up the processing of applications by 30% and minimize errors in working with deposits by 90%. This was announced by "Consyst Business Group" on July 22, 2025.
Within the framework of the project, business processes were automated that allow visa center specialists to manage the base of counterparties, track the status of applications for different countries and control financial transactions. The built-in notification system informs customers about changes in the status of applications through email and Telegram alerts, which significantly increases the level of service.
Special attention is paid to working with deposits for the embassy PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA - a separate module has been implemented for accounting and managing funds, which minimizes the risks of errors in paperwork, reduces the time for processing applications and increases the accuracy of working with documents. A role model was developed that takes into account the specifics of the work of various departments of the visa center. Differentiation of rights provides differentiated access to: information account managers can view only those requests assigned to them, financial specialists are able to process payments without access personal data to customers, and managers are given full access to fully monitor all processes.
The implementation of the system reduced application processing time by 30%, minimized errors in working with deposits by 90% and increased customer satisfaction thanks to timely notifications. The reporting module provides management with a transparent picture of all processes - from operational indicators to financial efficiency.
| It was the increase in flow and, as a result, the expansion of the company's staff that caused the introduction of an automated solution. When there are hundreds of applications in different directions at the same time, you can't cope without a debugged system, because each application must be kept under control so that all tourists fly away on time.
