2024: The volume of the psychic and fortune teller services market in Kazakhstan soared 75 times over the year to ₸2,9 billion

Analysts at the Finprom.kz portal attribute the rapid growth in the income of occult specialists to several key factors. The main incentive was tax reforms - the abolition of a single aggregate payment for self-employed citizens and the introduction of mandatory registration of entrepreneurship with an annual income of 12 minimum wages (₸1 million or ₽150 thousand).
