It was possible to automate key HR processes in just 1.5 months: The company's IT team has deployed the platform independently with the support of K-Team specialists, creating a single digital space for staff adaptation, corporate training and internal communications. The decision made it possible to reduce the load on HR department and accelerate the involvement of new employees in corporate processes. Corus Consulting announced this on July 22, 2025.

Diet 18 Group of Companies is one of the Russian companies in Russia for the import and sale of meat products. There are more than 700 employees on staff as of July 2025.

Diet 18 Group faced an increase in the burden on the HR department and the need to optimize HR processes related to the constant hiring, adaptation and training of new employees. Manual management of onboarding, development and internal communications slowed down work - HR spent a lot of time on routine tasks, and new employees experienced organizational difficulties with adaptation.

The team of the Diet 18 Group of Companies independently deployed the platform on its own servers and configured the system for its business processes. Thanks to clear documentation and ready-made built-in functionality with point settings, including branding the portal in a few clicks and simple integrations with other systems, the implementation took only 1.5 months. First, they got access to the K-Team HRM 100 employees from HR, IT, and Commercial Services. In the future, it is planned to scale the solution to the entire company, including personnel working outside the office.

The company has a single corporate portal with a convenient employee's personal account, news feed, visual organizational structure and the ability to customize the main page with various widgets based on the needs of each employee. In addition, thanks to the K-Team, HRM managed to automate the learning processes and adaptation of beginners - they can onboard with the support of the Buddy chatbot, which answers all questions and reminds of upcoming tasks, as well as visualizes the employee's achievements. Employees have become faster to delve into workflows, and corporate values ​ ​ and news are now broadcast to everyone through a single channel.
