NEC launched a single network for corporate communications based on Trukonf solutions. The goal is to improve the efficiency of internal communications, optimize interaction with employees, remote teams and meeting rooms of subsidiaries, enterprises in the field of power and industry, including production facilities and service divisions. TrueConf announced this on July 23, 2025.

After a thorough market analysis, NEC opted for the TrueConf Server solution. The system is installed on its own NEC equipment and operates in a closed corporate network, which excludes the possibility of unauthorized access to conferences of third-party users, and also guarantees the department's specialists full administrative control over communications. TrueConf Server runs on a secure communication protocol manufactured by Trukonf, so the communications system is protected from possible blocking and sanctions by software suppliers and foreign providers.

Integration with the directory service has automated account management for thousands of employees working in headquarters and subsidiaries. This is especially important for a company with an extensive structure, where you need to quickly and accurately configure the access of new users.

Synchronization with corporate telephony provides additional convenience for employees who can connect to video conferencing through familiar telephone lines, which is especially important when interacting with external partners or in situations where there is no access to a computer. The ability to connect to meetings from various devices - from PCs and smartphones to specialized terminals and meeting room equipment - allows NEC to effectively coordinate the work of employees.

The introduction of TrueConf Server allowed NEC to organize uninterrupted communication between all divisions of the company. Up to 100 meetings and coordination meetings are held per month, which help to quickly solve problems of various levels of complexity, minimize travel costs and speed up decision-making processes. Now all employees, regardless of their location, have continuous access to modern and secure tools for solving work tasks.
