The bank employs 4 business coaches and 2 specialists in training new employees in banking products, each of whom spends from 2.5 to 5 hours of training in Tolka every day. Front-line specialists regularly undergo mandatory sales and customer service trainings. And employees of other departments participate in training programs for the development of soft skills.

We use many tools of the Contour service. Tolk: division into groups, polls, screen display. We were really waiting and gladly went into piloting online boards. I liked the built-in AI, which allows you to collect summaries of meetings. Bank employees appreciated the convenience of Tolka - colleagues began to request access to the service in the training department in order to independently hold meetings with customers and partners. Then the solution was scaled to the entire organization: using the Tolk API, they built it into a single information space of the bank - a corporate portal. Now employees do not need to switch between services to organize an appointment.

We make sure that the implementation of Tolka does not require extra effort and resources from the business. The service easily connects to calendars, telephony and SSO systems. The API makes it possible to integrate Tolk with enterprise systems that the company already uses, noted Pavel Skripnichenko, head of innovation at the Tolk product group in Kontur.
