300 GB data leak. Passenger passport scans leaked
The network reported a major leak of confidential data of the airline Uzbekistan Airways in the amount of 300 gigabytes, including personal information of passengers and employees. The attackers claim that they gained access to databases with information about the carrier's 400,000 customers, including scanned copies of passports of citizens of 40 countries. The hacker claims to have access to approximately 500 thousand messages from electronic correspondence between customers and airline staff.
The author of the publication on the darknet announced the receipt of scanned copies of identity cards of citizens of various states, as well as other documents, including driver's licenses and marriage certificates.
