TFCMI of the Vologda region implements an electronic document management system

The territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Vologda region automates work implementing the CASE system.

Solution

The territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Vologda region continues workflow automation by means of the CASE system. The partner in the project - Ofis-Dok company.

Implementation

The first stage of the project of transition to electronic document management started in September, 2010. As the automation system, it was selected EDMS "CASE". At the initial stage of the project jobs of staff of the general department were automated. Using a system "CASE" registration of the arriving, sent documentation and formation of mail registers was provided.

At the second stage "Office Dock" is created by specialists electronic archive of documents using the Archiving system. It allowed to organize storage of archive documents in a full compliance to requirements of the existing standards of formation and maintaining documents of archive fund and also the rules and acceptances used in practice of office-work and archiving of domestic enterprises.

Expectations

Further it is going to expand application EDMS "CASE", in particular to use the system for review of draft documents, control of execution of instructions and report generation for analytical work. Also in the long term – the organization of legally significant electronic document management and gradation to work with electronic documents.
