The territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Vologda region automates work as system implementation "ARCHIVING".

In the project

The territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Vologda region continues workflow automation by means of the ARCHIVING system. The partner in the project - Ofis-Dok company.

Implementation

The first stage of the project of transition to electronic document management started in September, 2010. Using the CASE system registration of the arriving, sent documentation and formation of mail registers is provided.

At the second stage "Office Dock" is created by specialists electronic archive of documents using the Archiving system that allowed to organize storage of archive documents in a full compliance to requirements of the existing standards of formation and maintaining documents of archive fund and also the rules and acceptances used in practice of office-work and archiving of domestic enterprises.

Objectives

Further it is going to expand application of EDMS, in particular - to use the system for review of draft documents, control of execution of instructions and report generation for analytical work. Also in the long term – the organization of legally significant electronic document management and gradation to work with electronic documents.
