2024: Creating a Virtual Office
Marketplace for the auto business Autostals"" together with IT -RDN Group completed a large-scale digital transformation, building a technological platform based on. domestic software The project brought together 19 branches of the company and provided end-to-end automation of key internal processes. RDN Group announced this on August 1, 2025.
The result of the implementation was the creation of a full-fledged "virtual office" - digital twin business processes where all internal and external communication passes through a single digital circuit. The solution implemented on the basis Bitriks24 increased the transparency of the client service and the efficiency of management processes at Avtostals, while ensuring independence from IT infrastructures foreign economic factors.

- More than 3,500 internal applications per month are processed through 21 smart processes (Helpdesk).
- 5 CRM funnels have been set up to interact with customers.
