Automation of accounting in the All-Russian consolidation of employers of the oil and gas industry (OORNGP)

By means of specialists of "1C:VDGB" automation of accounting activity of OORNGP based on 1C: Accounting 8, the standard software solution of a 1C system was carried out: Enterprise 8. As a result of implementation qualitative and high-speed indexes of document flow grew, the transparency of accounting increased, the high-quality analytical tool is received.

The all-Russian consolidation of employers of the oil and gas industry was created in 2010 contrary to all difficulties of the post-crisis period. Consolidation was a necessary component of infrastructure of social partnership in the budget forming industry of Russia, allowing employers of the industry to participate at all stages of regulation of the social and labor relations.

The 1C: Enterprise Accounting software product was selected by the guide of OORNGP as this ready-made solution which allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as is autonomous, and together with other components.

Implementation of the program 1C: Accounting 8 helped to automate the following sections of accounting of social partnership:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of several organizations in one information base;
• settlings with advance holders and with the organizations;
• personnel records;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• material accounting, goods, products, lot-based accounting;
• trade and currency transactions;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• preparation of the regulated reporting;
• tax accounting.

Accounting and tax accounting are implemented in a system according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 1C: Accounting 8 configuration is implemented without significant changes. In a work progress by specialists of 1C:VDGB company primary consultations and demonstration of program capabilities are held; elementary education to work with the program; subscription to information and technology maintenance.
