Balance-2: The reporting in Rosstat

In March, 2011 the OVIONT INFORM company announced an exit of new development "Balance-2: The reporting in Rosstat". The program is a part of the Balance-2 complex and is intended for preparation, check and sending the reporting to Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat). "Balance-2: The reporting in Rosstat" is compatible to the program for submission of reports to Balans-2W regulatory authorities.

Let's note that in Balance-2W there are 7 most common forms for delivery in bodies of statistics. At the same time in "Balance-2: The reporting in Rosstat" is implemented a possibility of delivery in electronic form about 90 different forms. Thus, in the program it is possible to prepare all those forms of the reporting which Rosstat is ready to process in electronic form.

In particular, the program allows to perform:

• Loading of templates of all report forms for electronic document management posted on the official sites of territorial authorities of Rosstat on the subjects of the Russian Federation;
• Convenient preparation of documents of the reporting in Rosstat of several organizations and their separate divisions on the basis of the loaded templates of report forms of Rosstat;
• Measure calculation of forms of the reporting in Rosstat, data validations of reporting documents with use inside - and interdocument control ratios, viewing protocols of all revealed errors;
• Formation of history of the handed-over reports based on the storage of documents structured on the periods of the reporting;
• Printing of the prepared documents of the reporting in Rosstat in the form in which they are accepted by departments of Rosstat;
• Formation of files of the reporting in a format of Rosstat for delivery in electronic form.

Especially the attention is deserved by the fact that till April 30 in the program it will be possible to work for free absolutely.
