Mastertel - the supplier of communication for GUK "Technical Center of the Moscow Department of Culture". The operator signed the telecommunication contract with the state customer for carrying out a complex of works in the historic center of Moscow where the technical center moved in the 2010th year.

The new office of the customer is located in the historical building at the address Rozhdestvenka Street 6/9/20. Mastertel, having successfully completed a number of approvals and having got permission to work in the historic center of the capital, laid the optical fiber cable to office of the client, provided telephony based on E1 inter-chip digital link, high-speed Internet access also selected a pool of phone numbers. Also the telecom operator provided in use a hardware resource in the form of automatic telephone exchange, its programming is performed that allowed to solve problems of distribution of calls.

During the works on the similar project, in the historic center of Moscow, there are difficulties not only with approval of each stage of project implementation with town-planning services, but also with conditions of accomplishment of technical work: a shabby status of cables of sewerages add difficulties to work of assemblers.
