Aviakhelp Group (Operational management of trade holding)

In February, 2011 the Arbyte group, the developer and solution provider in the field of automation of activity of the enterprises, announced project finish on system implementation of the automated accounting in Aviakhelp Group. Automation of key business processes with accounting of requirements of the customer, the balanced managerial accounting ensuring correct and operational functioning of staff of the company and customer service became a project deliverable.

Restrictions "1C: Trade Management"

Aviakhelp Group provides airlines, the aircraft-building and repair plants with the aerotechnical property (AP) and provides services in its repair. Activity of trade holding has the differences, such as, for example the difficult range of goods, need of address storage, complex legal structure of the company and many others, specific to the aviation industry, line. As being noted, available Aviakhelp Group the 1C: Trade Management system did not meet requirements of the company. Having carried out the analysis of systems existing in the market, the management of Aviakhelp Group made the decision on completion of a system according to specifics of accounting of trade holding.

Completion of a system

The project on completion of a system and its implementation was undertaken by the Arbyte group. Having carefully analyzed business processes of trade holding, specialists of Department of corporate systems of management developed the solution "Operational Management of Trade Holding" and unrolled to its platform the customer.

The solution "Operational Management of Trade Holding" has no analogs in the market of the systems of the automated accounting and differs, first of all, in what allows: keep the budget of the transaction for all its lifecycle; organize the system of issue of tasks from division to division, having practically excluded transfer of requests and answers on trade process of an automated system (the unique Monitor tools); carry out the transaction both by uniform holding, and by legal entities; monitor communication between the movement of someone else's equipment and rendering of services on repair of this equipment.

Completion of a system is executed with the minimum changes of the code of the standard solution that will allow the customer to use standard means of 1C for data transfer and also to scale and update a system in the future, emphasized in Arbyte.

It is remarkable that at the implementing solution Arbyte the method of "soft" introduction to commercial operation which allows employees of the customer to work in one system was used and to perform gradation from "old" business processes to "new". The planned, role, not requiring data transfer transition to a new management system took place in the minimum terms and with minimum risks for the company, reported in Arbyte.
