Vodokanal (Novokuznetsk) - DocsVision

Vodokanal Ltd (Novokuznetsk) brought into operation EDMS based on DocsVision. At the beginning of 2009 the management of the enterprise made the decision on need of use of electronic and digital technologies of information transfer for business processes. Implementation of the similar project had to promote acceleration and simplification of processes and, finally, to lead to reduction of cost value of services. By the beginning of the project at the enterprise the ERP system directed to process optimization therefore the EDMS system filled a missing link in management and business process automation was already used. Specialists of the enterprise with assistance of Software Flew Down company did a great job: in the project progress work on process automation of management of documentation, settings and executions of tasks, control of performing discipline, conducting contract work, preparation of the regulating documentation was carried out. The project covered more than 300 users. It is in the future going to integrate EDMS with the website of the enterprise and the CRM system.
