LOESK continues development of EDMS

JSC Leningrad Regional Management Electric Grid Company continues expansion of an electronic document management system "CASE". The project is kept by Ofis-Dok company - the golden partner of EOS Group.

From 2006 to 2009 specialists of department of documentary providing JSC LOESK with active participation of Office Dock LLC consistently implemented 22 jobs of EDMS "DELO". The main objectives of office are automated.

In 2010 the management of JSC LOESK made the decision on significant expansion of sections of automation and more complete use of opportunities of electronic document management. Due to the beginning of a new stage repeated market research of automation systems based on which the decision on expansion of implementation of EDMS "DELO" was made was carried out.

At the end of 2010 66 licenses "DELO-PREDPRIYATIE" are in addition purchased. As a result of this expansion it is going to automate business processes of approval and accounting of agreements and regulating documents. By this moment the project covers office, department of information maintenance, department of a contracted work, department of methodology and system developments on management accounting and accounting. In perspective plans - phased transition to electronic document management in all divisions of the company and its branches.

2014: Project Development

On June 16, 2014 it became known of end of the third stage of the project for development of EDMS in LOESK company.

At the end of 2009 the management of joint stock company LOESK set the task of complex automation of workflow processes and more complete use of opportunities of its electronic component. Need of significant expansion of sections of automation demanded the repeated analysis of the software products presented at the market, in terms of their suitability for the satisfaction of the changed requirements of the customer. Based on monitoring of market offers at the beginning of 2010 made the decision on implementation expansion EDMS "CASE".

Throughout this stage additional licenses which total number for June 16, 2014 reached 314 were several times bought. Participants of the workflow system:

• office,
• department of information maintenance,
• department of a contracted work,
• department of methodology and system developments of management accounting,
• accounting
• other divisions.

Means EDMS "CASE" automate processes of approval of documents.

JSC LOESK is formed on August 30, 2004 according to the government decree of the Leningrad Region based on 15 municipal enterprises of the electric networks. The main objective of the company - the reliable and regular power supply providing development of economy and the social sphere of the Leningrad Region. Today LOESK the second in value electric grid company in the territory of the region. 15 branches providing power supply of 25 cities and settlements of the Leningrad Region are a part of the enterprise.
