In addition to the main technological equipment (convection and combined high-speed ovens, an automatic coffee machine), the Smart Baker system is installed in pilot stores, which includes cameras for monitoring the filling of display cases and monitoring the loading of products into the oven, as well as a baker's tablet. The complex daily generates the required volume of products based on the specified parameters, and also analyzes the number of goods sold and generates tasks for an employee of his own production, which are received by his gadget. In addition, video cameras monitor the filling of the shelf and the number of blanks that are loaded into the furnaces. This allows you to minimize the impact of the human factor and reduce write-offs due to the release of the necessary volumes.

The pilot project takes place in 21 stores in Yekaterinburg and nine in Kamensk-Uralsky. Customers can not only purchase ready-made baked goods, but also order them using a self-service terminal. The product will be ready within seven minutes. "Coin" offers 39 items of flour products, which are prepared according to a unique recipe. These are 12 types of hearty products, 18 - sweet, nine positions - bread and baguettes. In addition, hot coffee can be purchased here, including cappuccinos and lattes made with coconut milk.
