2025: Appointment as CEO of Genetico Genetics and Reproductive Medicine Center

The Board of Directors of the Center for Genetics and Reproductive Medicine Genetico elected Igor Zharkikh as the new CEO of the company, who will take up his duties on September 2, 2025. The decision to appoint was made at a meeting of the board of directors on August 22, 2025, replacing Vladimir Kaymonov, who headed the company from 2021. Genetico's press office announced the appointment on August 26, 2025.

Former head Vladimir Kaymonov will remain involved in the management of the organization, remaining a member of the board of directors. This solution ensures continuity in the strategic development of the medical center and retains the accumulated managerial experience.

According to the press service of Genetico, Igor Zharkikh has significant experience in leading work in Russian and international companies in various industries. His career path includes managing pharmaceutical industry, medical services and specialty retail chains.

In different periods of his professional activity, Zharkikh served as General Director of the pharmaceutical company Sagmel, the Orteka network of orthopedic salons and the Лечу.ру network of medical centers. His management experience covers various segments of health care and related industries.

Zharkikh also worked in leading Russian medical organizations, including the ABC-Medicine network of medical centers and the Sberbank Health Industry Center. Experience in large medical structures gives the new leader an understanding of the specifics of the industry and modern trends in healthcare development.
