In the mobile market the set of new technologies appeared since the companies and consumers experienced "taste" of 3G networks. Now more than 80 providers started HSPA+ networks in 48 countries. There are seven operating LTE networks, and 113 projectible networks LTE in 46 countries. Development of present 3G networks will allow them to satisfy requests of applications with intensive data exchange, such as stream video of high definition, games in the peer-to-peer mode and information after processing of a context.

Existence of the corresponding equipment is critical as well as existence of capacious network for success of development of cloud computing in this area. Mobile devices should process effectively and productively the data arriving on communication channels that they were useful to people. The understanding mobile users will hardly be satisfied with their poor performance or small battery life. And such innovations as hardware acceleration of means of multimedia, more effective methods of management of a power supply and multinuclear architecture - all of them will be a key to ensuring use with mobile devices of advantages of again expanded canals of data, Padovani considers.

Gartner expects that sales of smartphones will reach sales of the PC in 2012. The companies which defined development of mobile calculations for a cloud as priority and providing convincing implementations for several platforms at once will go on a crest of inflow of a wave of mobility. Padovani considers that without applications which can fully implement cloud computing the trend does not cost development her. Already there are services and applications which do a tendency to ample opportunities of devices and network technologies of more convincing.

Mobile devices and cloud computing are considered also in terms of improvement of medical care now. Touch technologies can integrate with mobile devices for permanent observation and tracking the same as GPS and communication in emergencies. Mobile devices provide to patients from the remote areas access to doctors and services which were unavailable earlier.
