Pallada technopark built in Kherson region for ₽700 million

Technopark "Pallada" has become a platform for hosting a cluster of radio electronics of the Kherson region. An agreement on the creation of a cluster was signed in July 2025 between the region, Krasnodar Territory, Sverdlovsk Region and the Association of Developers and Manufacturers of Safety Engineering Equipment.

The first resident and initiator of the creation of the cluster was the Electronics company, which is completing the establishment of serial production of IP video cameras, bispectral thermal imaging video cameras, software and hardware systems, printed circuit boards and plastic cases for video equipment. For the purchase of production equipment, the company received a preferential loan of about ₽70 million.

The planned level of localization of the final product will be 90%. The production cycle covers all stages from the printing of parts to the final assembly of finished products. This approach allows you to minimize dependence on imported components and create a full-fledged technological chain in the region.

The Minister of Industry and Trade of the Kherson region Ivan Safronov noted that cooperation creates jobs, strengthens the industrial base and demonstrates the integration of the region into the federal industrial system with concrete solutions. According to him, the department intends to work with partner openness to achieve the result.[1]
