2025: Completion of AW BI platform implementation
The production association "Pipe Solution" has completed the key stage of the implementation of the domestic BI-platform AW BI. AW BI announced this on September 1, 2025.
Before the introduction of AW BI, analytics in the company were built on manual processing data from,, CRM 1C telephony and advertising channels. This led to delays, distortions information and disagreements between the sales departments and. marketing Attempts to use other domestic analytical platforms were unsuccessful, the systems could not cope with the scale and complexity of integrations.
After testing several solutions, the choice fell on the domestic BI system AW BI. The implementation was carried out by the internal team of the Pipe Solution production association, which made it possible to deeply adapt the platform to the specifics of the business.
The integration part of the project has become a real technical challenge. The specialists successfully connected and synchronized many data sources:
- 1C: Accounting (and other 1C configurations);
- CRM platforms Bitrix24;
- various PostgreSQL and MySQL databases;
- marketing tools Yandex.Direct;
- files Excel external/CSV and - API services.
The architectural solution is built on three key modules of AW BI:
- ETL (Integration and Data Processing)
- Analytical Repository (ClickHouse)
- data visualization.
The team developed about 30 dashboards, automated data upload processes, and implemented an end-to-end analytics system in AW BI.
Business efficiency manifested itself in improvements in key indicators:
- the management decision-making process accelerated;
- Reduced time to collect and process data
- there are new opportunities for analysis;
- the quality of analytical reporting has reached a new level;
- improved interoperability between sales and marketing departments.
Quantitative metrics demonstrated:
- increase in the percentage of lead conversions in all branches;
- finer customization of contextual advertising and seo.
The technical achievements of the project include the successful solution of complex integration problems. With the simultaneous connection of several instances of Bitrix24, 1C and Yandex.Direct, specialists created an intermediate database on PostgreSQL, which made it possible to ensure the integrity and relevance of the data. A clear system of access rights is also implemented: employees of different positions see only the information that corresponds to their role.
Promising directions for the development of the BI-system include further deepening of analytics and expansion of functionality. The production association "Pipe Solution" has received full transparency of marketing processes and a tool for monitoring the work of sales departments.
