ARMO-Line completed the works on design of the engineering systems for the Ryazan M5-Moll shopping Center

The ARMO-LINE engineering company handed over the project and work documentation on the project of Moll's M5 shopping and entertainment center to Ryazan which will consist of three separate buildings with a total area of 80,000 sq.m. and the land parking on 3000 places. The staff of the company executed design of all engineering systems of the building of a stage Project and also the work documentation on power supply systems and lighting, water supply and the sewerage, to security systems and a structured cabling system for office spaces and telephone communication is prepared. Today ARMO-LINE started installation and construction works on an object.

On the project the Moll's M5 shopping and entertainment center with a total area more than 80 thousand sq.m. represents the complex consisting of three 1-2 floor buildings: trade gallery, Make shop and Autocafe. In addition to floor spaces in the center the product hypermarket, several cinema halls, restaurants and cafe, the playground and the automobile parking on 3000 places will be placed. The contract for design of the engineering systems of the building for stages Project was complete in the summer of 2009, and project works on preparation of documentation of a stage of "RD" were begun in August, 2010.

According to a design assignment of the engineering systems of the building of ARMO-LINE the project of a water supply system which integrates a feed system of cold drinking water from city network of water supply and hot water from own boiler house was developed. Water disposal from shopping center is performed directly in the central city sewer network, and for separate zones - after passing of drain waters through different types of filters. So, for example, for storm drains from the territory of the parking and a roof of buildings the separate clearing reservoir is provided. For removal of storm waters at a design stage rather new to Russia, but already proved the efficiency and durability in Europe, vacuum Geberit Pluvia system was provided.

For security in the territory of shopping and entertainment center alarm systems based on the equipment Satel, access control and video surveillance based on Smartec devices and also the system of a video door intercommunication were designed. Purpose of these engineering systems - protection of zones of the general access, including the central and office inputs and outputs, zones of loading unloading of machines, piers and halls of rest, the general and office corridors. In addition to it, the staff of ARMO-LINE who executed design of the engineering systems of the building developed a structured cabling system for the computer network of office spaces and telephone communication.

Within the agreement on design of the engineering systems the work documentation (WD) on power supply systems, lighting and energy saving of shopping and entertainment center and the adjacent territory was prepared. As the capital electropanel board equipment products of production of ABB company were selected. Power supply of the building will be performed from three built-in DBU with division of consumers by the zone principle. For the purpose of decrease in load of a roof of buildings, reduction of volume of electric installation work and further service of the engineering systems, the system of tire bridges of the Italian plant NAXSO as an alternative to trunk cable passages is applied to the distribution power power supply network of the building.

For ensuring smooth operation of electric equipment put in design process of the engineering systems of the building reserve power supply of consumers from diesel generators and also a centralized system of uninterrupted power (UPS) is provided. For a working, emergency and design light of buildings at design electric devices of the leading European manufacturers were selected and also the separate power supply system of abnormal lamps and pointers is provided.
