Rostelecom, FEFU and Zyfra Invest will unite to create a Digital Campus

2025: Agreement to create a "Digital Campus"

Rostelecom, Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and Zyfra Invest Management Company LLC entered into a tripartite cooperation agreement. The document was signed by Vice President for Work with Large Corporate Clients of Rostelecom Vladimir Volkov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of FEFU Elena Gafforova and General Director of Zyfra Invest Management Company Andrei Rempel. Rostelecom announced this on September 4, 2025.

The agreement provides for the joint implementation of the Digital Campus project, an innovative digital platform that will motivate students to participate and achieve results in the scientific, educational, sports, cultural and social areas of the university. The project is designed to contribute to the development of the personnel and innovative potential of FEFU, as well as support the formation of new standards of interaction in the labor market.

Cooperation provides for the joint development and implementation of a domestic digital platform adapted to the needs of FEFU. Rostelecom will provide technical support and expertise in the field of digital infrastructure, Zyfra Invest will act as an infrastructure operator, and FEFU will provide an expert base and take an active part in the formation of the platform's functionality.

It is expected that the implementation of the project will significantly increase the attractiveness of FEFU as a leading educational center and strengthen the university's position in the international arena.
