DS Development brought EDMS into commercial operation

The DS Development company with the assistance of Digital Design IT integrator brought into commercial operation an electronic document management system based on DocsVision.

For the project standard solutions - "Smart Start for DocsVision" and "Standard Business Process of Approval of Agreements" were used. These products are intended for automation of office-work within tasks of office and also for review agreements, memos and other documentation. Digital Design carried out consultation of specialists of the customer at the initial stage of deployment of solutions. Besides, key users of a system in DS Development underwent special training in work with EDMS at rates in the Center of technical training Digital Design.

According to Sergey Bashmakov, the chief of the department of information technologies of DS Development, approval of agreements is an important part of document flow of the company. "For this reason it is necessary that this business process was organized most effectively. We expect to receive notable reduction of time and the resources spent for this activity".
