2025: Implementation of the Stream Recruitment System

eV Group has implemented the Stream Recruitment system from the HRtech company Stream to automate the hiring of employees. The decision made it possible to reduce routine operations, increase process transparency and improve interaction with candidates, which directly affected the company's HR brand. Potok announced this on September 3, 2025.

eV-Group is an engineering holding specializing in construction, industrial automation and system integration. As of September 2025, the company employs more than 13 thousand employees, and monthly it hires up to 800 new specialists. Three key categories of candidates are involved in the selection process: working specialists, engineering and technical personnel and office employees.

The HR team of the eV group had the following tasks:

  • receive transparent analytics on the work of recruiters and the division as a whole;
  • reduce the time for routine operations (manual filling out of applications, sending letters, consents to the processing of personal data (PD));
  • standardize the selection process throughout the holding.

Previously, the company used several candidate management systems (ATS systems), but they served mainly as a resume base. Most processes - from the creation of applications to the approval of offers - took place manually, which complicated control, reduced the speed of hiring and prevented the performance of recruiters from being measured.

After the introduction of the Recruitment Stream, hiring in the eV group became more transparent and manageable:

  • Applications are automated. Customers draw up and agree on them in the internal system, after which they are automatically converted into vacancies in the "Stream." The responsible recruiter is also assigned through the API.
  • Flexible job setup. All key parameters (rates, bonuses, working conditions) are pulled up automatically, which eliminates errors and duplication.
  • The collection of consents for the processing of personal data has been completely translated into digital format, which meets the requirements of the federal law "On Personal Data" N 152-FZ.
  • The candidate questionnaire for SS verification has been automated. Data is immediately sent to the system, and security management specialists are notified without the participation of a recruiter.
  • Offers are formed automatically. All data from candidate and job cards is included in templates that meet corporate standards. This speeds up the process and reduces the risk of errors.

Thanks to the transition to Stream Recruitment, the company has achieved noticeable improvements:

  • from 73% to 93% increased the politeness index on HeadHunter - recruiters began to respond to candidates faster through letter templates and integration with the platform;
  • 100% transferred the base of candidates from previous ATS;
  • A 90% reduction in manual entry of jobs thanks to an open API;
  • automatic submission of applications, security management forms, and offers in accordance with corporate requirements is set up as soon as possible.
