| Customers: CO UES - System Operator of the Unified Energy System Product: Enbisys.Stream Second product: Artificial intelligence (AI, Artificial intelligence, AI) Project date: 2025/09
|
As TAdviser discovered, SO UES decided to use AI in the work of its dispatchers. In early September, the company at the Procurement UIS site began searching for a supplier for the creation and implementation of a system for automatic recognition of dispatch negotiations[1].
It follows from the published technical assignment for procurement that due to such a system, SO UES expects to minimize the time spent on decrypting data from audio files of dispatch negotiations.
The functionality of the system at this stage should include the recognition of the text of replicas from the audio data of the conversations of 2-4 dispatchers in Russian and the determination of a specific speaker from the user-specified set of dispatchers involved in the negotiations. Next, the user will be able to adjust the recognition results: manually override which manager a replica belongs to, as well as edit the text of replicas, clarify the start and end times of replicas, add or delete replicas.
Among the requirements specified in the published terms of reference, the accumulation of a data set (datacet) in the system for the subsequent further training of the neural network model is indicated. Additional training is included in the list of warranty obligations of the supplier.
You can listen to audio files in *.wav and *.mp3 formats, and export negotiation texts in *.txt or *.pdf formats.
The customer wants to use a specific solution in this project - Enbisys.Stream, having received a license with warranty support, designed for a period of 36 months.
Under what load the system will be able to work in the future, the terms of reference are not specified.
SO UES manages the electric power mode of operation of the unified electric power system of Russia. Employees of SO UES with the qualification of the dispatcher are directly engaged in this within the assigned operating zone - the territory within which the technological modes of operation of electric power facilities and power receiving installations of electric energy consumers are controlled.
According to the career portal SO UES, the company has an executive apparatus with a central dispatching department, 7 branches - united dispatching departments (ODU) and 49 branches - regional dispatching departments (RDU). SO UES also has 11 representative offices in various regions of the Russian Federation, the power systems of which are managed by enlarged regional dispatch departments.
