2025: Introduction of Corporate Procurement and Supply Management System
CorpSoft24 is bringing to market an advanced version of its 1C-based Enterprise Procurement and Supply Management System, designed to automate the full procurement cycle. The company announced this on September 9, 2025. The key advantages of the updated product are the support of all process participants from demand initiators, supply specialist to the procurement committee and company management, convenient integration with other 1C platform products.
The Digital Procurement system provides a single digital space for all stages of procurement procedures: analysis and collection of needs, planning and lotting, formation of a request and preparation of procurement documentation, interaction with suppliers (request and consideration of proposals, etc.), selection of winners, conclusion and control of contract execution, claim work.
For any participant in the process, depending on his role, the system has a specialized workplace where the necessary digital tools and online reporting on key indicators are available. For example, purchasing document templates help you quickly generate the necessary documents electronically for each purchasing type. The balance analysis function allows you to plan purchasing based on accurate and up-to-date data. The market price matching function enables you to objectively calculate and justify the planned and initial maximum contract price. The tool for monitoring and accounting of claims work allows you to form a history of interaction with suppliers. In addition, participants in the purchasing process can sign documents with an electronic digital signature in the same interface without switching to another system.
One of the advantages of the system is the digitalization of the work of the Procurement Commission - a collegial body that consists of senior managers and is responsible for making decisions on the publication of procurement and approval of the results of procurement procedures. "Digital supply" allows a member of the Procurement Commission to take part in its meetings - study materials, confer with colleagues, vote - online. Following the meeting, the system will automatically form a draft protocol, which the participants can only approve and sign.
"Digital supply" has the status "1C: Compatible," which indicates the possibility of standard integration with other products of the 1C platform with standard 1C tools. This means, among other things, that the "Digital Supply" system can be synchronized with 1C software solutions, excluding duplication of information.
| Due to the convenience of working in a single digital space: creating and exchanging all the necessary documents in digital form, using templates of procurement documents, robotizing routine functions, setting up notifications - labor costs are significantly reduced, the speed and productivity of supply personnel increases. Supply managers receive transparent and operational tools to manage and monitor current procedures, including in the form of visualization of aggregated information on dashboards and widgets in real time, and procurement initiators have the opportunity at any time to have complete information from the system about the status of their purchases, - said Oleg Kritsky, executive director of Corpreshenia (part of CorpSoft24). |
According to him, the company, thanks to the integration of the Digital Procurement System with the Unified Procurement Information System and accredited electronic trading platforms, the quick calculation of the NMCC based on previous purchases and other automated functions, significantly increases the efficiency of the procurement process: accelerates all stages, reduces risks and reduces costs, ensures continuity and predictability of supplies.
Data security when using the system is achieved through user verification and a clear division of roles and responsibilities between departments.
| Our solution is universal, it is suitable both for organizations that conduct commercial purchases and for those whose procurement activities are regulated by federal laws of 223-FZ and 44-FZ. The system is focused mainly on large and medium-sized customers conducting annually from 300-400 or more purchases, and will be a useful addition to the existing ERP system. Taking into account the general trend towards automating business functions, reducing costs and optimizing personnel resources, we expect great demand for our product. We have already implemented several pilot projects for its implementation and are negotiating with several companies from such industries as telecom, oil and gas, distribution, power, added Oleg Kritsky. |
