2026: "Econiva" bought Buturlinovsky agricultural complex
One of the largest milk producers in the Russian Federation "EcoNiva" became the owner of the Voronezh LLC "Buturlinovsky Agricultural Complex." Corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in February 2026. Buturlinovsky Agricultural Complex was part of the Petersburg concern Detskoselsky. In early September 2025, the company bought the Voronezh LLC "Fertility," and four months later the asset was resold to the structure of "Econiva" Stefan Durr. "Fertility" belongs to Maxim Chistyakov and Lyudmila Shishlyannikova. The company remains the owner of Puzevskoe LLC from the structure of the Buturlin plant.[1]
2025: The company "Fertility" bought the Buturlinovsky agricultural complex
The companies included in the Voronezh concern "Detskoselsky" Buturlinovsky agricultural complex and "Puzevskoe" changed their owner. Its new owner was LLC "Fertility." The society in equal shares belongs to Maxim Chistyakov and Lyudmila Shishlyannikova. The entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in September 2025. Buturlinovsky agricultural complex owns a dairy plant in Voronezh, capable of producing more than 10,000 tons of drink per year. He owns 1,800 livestock. The company is engaged in the cultivation of hay, silage, hay and sunflower seeds.[2]
