The development of the ASUP started at the end of 2022 with the involvement of a grant from the Skolkovo Foundation. The executor was the Zyfra Group of Companies. Within two years, specialists implemented the system at the Cherepovets complex of Apatit JSC (part of PhosAgro Group), gradually expanding its functionality and making the necessary adjustments. As a result, at the beginning of 2025, ASUP was put into commercial operation in Cherepovets and received positive feedback from both system operators and representatives of other industries .

The next step in the development of the project was its replication. In early June 2025, we signed an agreement with the developer to scale the APCS and began work at the Volkhov production complex. We plan to complete it in a year and put the system into commercial operation in August 2026. As a result, we will receive a single end-to-end automated accounting and production management platform that will allow us to reduce unplanned downtime by early warning of malfunctions, improve the efficiency and accuracy of internal reporting. In turn, this will help to increase the labor efficiency and safety of our team, - said Sergey Cherkasov, Deputy Director for Economic Security of Apatit JSC, Project Manager for the Implementation of the ASUP.

As part of the project implementation in Volkhov, a detailed examination of the operated APMS based on the PI System, its functionality, filling and configuration is being carried out. Then it is planned to develop a technical design, functional design, similar to the design of the solution performed for the Cherepovets complex. Upon completion of the system configuration and implementation of application software services, acceptance tests and trial operation will begin, within which users will be able to give their comments and offer options for adjusting the system.
