1C: Accounting 8 improves accounting in the Moscow Bar

Automation of accounting and tax accounting in the Moscow City Bar "Novels and partners" was carried out by specialists of "1C:VDGB" based on standard solution 1C — [1C: Accounting 8].

For automation of accounting and tax accounting the configuration [1C: Accounting 8] of a system of programs [1C:Enterprise 8] was selected from the Moscow City Bar "Novels and partners". This software product is the ready-made solution for automation of the majority of sections of accounting and tax accounting, allows to implement any scheme of a reporting preparation and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components.

The functionality of the program [1C: Accounting 8] allows to automate the following sections of accounting:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• settlings with advance holders;
• settlings with the organizations;
• personnel records;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• lot-based accounting;
• trade operations;
• currency transactions;
• material accounting, goods, products;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting;
• tax accounting.

The ability to integrate [1C: Accounting] with other subsystems is provided. The configuration is implemented in Bar without significant changes as the main opportunities of the software product appeared enough for project implementation. In a work progress by specialists of 1C:VDGB company are carried out:

• automation of sections of accounting with the help 1C: Accounting 8;
• primary consultations of users on work in a system and elementary education of 1C;
• subscription to information and technology support of 1C.
