The product Cloud 3 is intended especially for use in combination with social networks. Now a number of the key Cloud 3 functions is still unavailable, in particular, integration with Facebook and a data processing system from unstructured web blogs and the forums Radiant6 are planned for the middle of 2012. However in general, the new offer can significantly change usual ideas of CRM systems.

Cloud 3 will allow the companies of a message monitoring of social networks and to perform dialog with customers, using possibilities of the social Internet, including, Twitter, Facebook. Thus, each message of Twitter left by the user can potentially turn into a source of the perspective order.

According to the website of TechCrunch, the new offer from Salesforce allows to bring together information from social networks and possibilities of customer interaction inherent in CRM systems. It can lead to obsolescence of the existing CRM technologies which are isolated from the valuable knowledge placed in "cloud" (i.e. on social networks).

The alliance between Salesforce.com and Facebook represents an essential competitive call for Google which can oppose nothing in return, considers the ZDNet edition. Now the richest social network in respect of contents is Facebook, and the data access of Facebook is the most important element of success of a similar cloud solution, however the Google company has no access to these data.
